摘要
运用Instron3211毛细管流变仪、HAAKE 90MIXER流变仪、自制HPM-C图像处理仪、X-射线衍射仪等仪器研究了共混体系的相容性、流变性、可纺性、聚集态结构。结果表明,共混体系为热力学不相容体系;改性添加剂的加入使得纤维的结晶度下降;结构变松散,可染性明显改善。
By means of Instron 3211 capillary rheometer.HAAKE 90 MIXER rheometer, Photograph process instrument made by ourselves and X-ray diffractometer,compatibility,rheological properties,spinnability and aggregate structure have been studied. The results show that the blending system is thermodynamic incompatible blending system;PP/ DADB fiber as lower crystallinity,more loose structure and better dyeability than pure PP fiber.
