高血压相关基因多态性研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 原发性高血压（EH）是一种多因素、多基因疾病，由环境与遗传因素共同致病常见而多发的心血管病症。其对人类健康造成了极大的影响。随着分子医学的发展，目前已经发现的高血压相关基因已经有150余种，但是EH的发病机制仍然不完全清楚，高血压的早期诊断治疗和预防问题仍然未能完全解决。EH是遗传因子与环境共同作用的结果，
