摘要 脑出血是一个严重危害人类健康的公共卫生问题,占所有住院脑卒中患者的10%~30%,可导致严重的残疾和高病死率,6个月的病死率达30%~50%。大规模临床试验和观察性研究表明,规范治疗和专科护理能显著降低病死率,改善脑出血的结局。超早期止血、控制颅内高压、
