淀粉含磷量简单快速的测定法 被引量:3

A Simple Method for Determination of Phosphorus in Starch

摘要 用分光光度法测定淀粉的含磷量。由硫酸一硝酸混合液消解样品,用定磷试剂显色,显色温度50℃±1℃,时间1h。实验可在2~2.5h内完成。测定的相对误差在0.34%~0.25%范围内,相对偏差<0.3%。 t Phosphorus content of starch is determined with spetrophotometer. The sample is decomposed with a mixture of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and then added phosphorus agent with heating at 50癈for 1 hour. The relative deviation is lees than 0.3%.
