摘要
随着会展业的发展和国内理论探讨的深入,会展教育和学科建设正不断扩大。作为承担会展教育的高校,必须对会展人才市场进行认真分析,把握需求状况,努力培养符合市场需要的高质量专业人才。这就要求会展专业人才的培养必须把握行业发展和专业人才供需的要求,细分市场和准确定位,坚持理论和实践紧密结合,走特色发展之路。
With the development of exhibition activities and in-depth theory discussion in China, MICE education and curriculum development continually expand. Thus, we must analyze the exhibition talent market carefully, grasp the demand status, and strive to train high-quality professionals. This requires the cultivation of MICE professionals must seize the development of the in- dustry and the requirements of supply and demand of professionals. Also, we must segment the market and prepare for orientation, and we must closely integrated theory with practiee, we must take the road of development with eharacteristics.
