摘要
介绍化学交联聚乙烯管定径过程的计算模型分析。对于管坯区域,假设导热系数α及热容CP为常数;忽略X方向和y=0处的热传导,得到通过定径套带走的热量λ∫lo(Tw-Ts)δ2ds>CPρπ(R2-r2)(Tm-Tg)υx从而可得到冷却水温Ts、管坯温度Tm、牵引速度νx、管壁厚度δ1及定径套厚度δ2等参数之间的关系。对于给定的管材规格,绘出了牵引速度和冷却水温选择图,由该图得出最大生产能力区。
s Analysis of calculating mode for diameter setting process of chemical croslinked PE pipe was made.For the zone of pipe parison,when the coefficient of heat conductivity α and heat capacity C p was assumed to be constants,the heat conductivity in directions χ and y =0 was ignored,the heat carried away by diameter setting sleeve was found to be λ∫ l o T w- T s δ 2ds> C p ρ π( R 2- r 2)( T m- T g) υ x,finding out the relations among cooling water temperature T s,pipe parison temperature T m,take off speed υ x,pipe wall thickess δ 1 and diameter setting sleeve thickess δ 2. The region for choosing of take off speed and cooling water temperature was given when the pipe specification was setted,and a maximum production capacity region could thus be obtained.
