摘要
研究了77t矿山自卸车前悬挂液—氮缸导向套塑件尺寸波动的各种因素。分析了各种注射模模腔尺寸计算公式及修正手段不能满足大尺寸高精度工程塑件设计要求的原因。提出了把注射成型的塑件进行二次加工后做为最终产品以满足大尺寸高精度工程塑件设计要求的设计思路,并在图解分析的基础上,进一步推导了模腔尺寸的超值计算公式。在本溪重型汽车制造有限公司的应用结果表明:超值法计算模腔尺寸是切实可行的,无需苛意提高加工精度,也免去试模修正的烦锁。
s The various factors that have caused the undulation of plastics product dimension of guide sleeve in front suspension hydraulic-nitrogen cylinder of 77-ton mining dumper are studied. It was analyzed why various calculation formulas used for the cavity dimension of plastics injection mold and revision means could not satisfy the design requirement of engineering plastics product with large size and high precision In order to meet the design requirement of engineering plastics product with large size and high precision,it should be fabricated before the injection molding plastics article becoming final product Based on the graphic solution,the supervalue calculation formulas for the cavity dimension were further worked out The results used in Benxi Heavy Automobile Manufacturing Limited Company showed supervalue method for the calculation of cavity dimension was feasible and satisfactory,having not to strive sedulously for high processing precision and needing no overlaborate trial and error of molding
