摘要
本文简述了信息化系统集成多项目管理的一般方法,并以一个大型的自动化监控与管理信息一体化系统为例,讨论了系统开发过程中多项目管理在实施过程中的应用。
A general approach of multi-project management of integrated information system is introduced in this paper. And a large-scale integration of automated monitoring and management information system is presented as an example to discuss technologies and applications of multi-project management in the system development process.
