摘要 概述纤维素溶剂的研究进展,介绍衍生物法和直接溶解法两大类纤维素溶剂。衍生物溶剂主要包括氢氧化钠/CS2、多聚甲醛/二甲基亚砜等。该类溶剂都是先与纤维素反应生成纤维素衍生物,然后将衍生物溶解。直接溶解法包括了传统的碱/硫脲/水体系、碱/尿素/水体系,以及新型纤维素溶剂NMMO、离子液体等,这类溶剂溶解纤维素的过程都为物理过程。比较了不同体系的溶解机理以及优缺点。 Advance of solvents of cellulose was summarized in this article. The solvents of derivative method and direct dissolution were reviewed.' The derivative solvents include sodium hydroxide/carbon disulfide, paraformaldehyde/DMSO. Firstly, this type solvents reacted with cellulose to produce cellulose derivatives, then the derivatives was dissolved. The solvents of direct dissolution include alkali/thiourea/water, alkali/urea/water, and novel cellulosic solvents:N-Methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO), Ionic liquid etc. This progress of dissolving cellulose is physical. The dissolution mechanism, advantages and disadvantages were compared, this paper mainly elaborates NMMO and Ionic liquid.
