摘要
采用生物酶对旧新闻纸进行脱墨,利用正交试验研究了不同脱墨条件下旧新闻纸的脱墨效果。结果表明:旧新闻纸生物酶脱墨的最佳工艺条件为:生物酶用量0.1%,脱墨温度50℃,碎浆浓度10%,浮选时间10min。在此条件下,纸浆有效残余油墨量(ERIC值)最低,白度最高,而且成纸的抗张指数、撕裂指数都高于未脱墨浆。
Biological enzyme was used to deink the old newsprint (ONP), the orthogonal experimental method was used to study the deinking under the different conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the deinking of old newspaper with the biological enzyme are as follows: the dosage of enzyme is 0.1%, reaction temperature is 50℃, the concentration is 10%, flotation time is 10 rain. In this condition, the minimum effective residual ink concentration(ERIC) and the highest whiteness of paper sheet could be obtained and the tensile strength and tear strength of paper are higher than the undeinked paper sheet.
