伏立康唑治疗侵袭性肺真菌病12例临床观察

The Efficacy and Safety of Voriconazole for Patients with Invasive Pulmonary Fungal Infections

应用伏立康唑治疗的12例侵袭性肺真菌病,观察疗效及不良反应。12例患者中有效8例,其中完全反应5例,部分反应3例。2例出现视力模糊,2例出现转氨酶升高,1例用药时出现轻微的头晕,后自行缓解。结果表明,伏立康唑是治疗侵袭性肺真菌病高效及安全药物。

12 patients with invasive pulmonary fungal disease were treated with Voriconazole to observe the efficacy and adverse reactions. Good responses were seen in 8 patients, 5 patients showed complete response 3 partial response; Example 2 appear blurred vision, 2 patients had elevated transaminase, Example 1 when mild medication dizziness, after its own mitigation. Voriconazole is high - performance and safety drug in the treatment of patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infections （IPFI）.
