售后服务中产品有效性验证算法及其实现

A Product Validation Algorithm and Its Implementation in After-Sales Service

为解决售后服务中验证产品有效性传统方法的弊端,在分析产品售后服务应用流程的基础上,提出了一种产品有效性验证算法,解决了售后服务中如何验证服务的产品是否是合同中的产品、是否在服务期内等关键问题。而且利用SQL Server存储过程对算法进行了实现,通过测试,证明了算法的可行性和有效性。该算法可以推广到其它高级语言或数据库语言,也可直接作为中间件移植到基于Web的产品售后服务系统中。

In order to solve the drawbacks of traditional methods to verify the product validity in after-sales service, a product validation algorithm was put forward on the basis of analyzing the application flow in product after-sales service. It solved the key issues on how to validate weather the product was the one in the contract and whether the product was in the service deadline. A SQL Server stored procedure was used to realize the algorithm. The tests demonstrated that the al- gorithm was feasible and effective. The algorithm can be extended to other high-level languages and database languages; it can also be directly transplanted to product after-sales service system based on Web as a middleware.
