基层足球裁判员控制比赛能力的调查分析

Survey and Analysis of Basic-level Football Referee's Ability of Controling the Match

运用文献资料法、现场观察法、数理统计法对2009年连云港市业余足球联赛中六场比赛的裁判执法情况进行统计分析。结果表明:基层裁判员能读懂比赛铺垫和战术打法;跑动符合基层比赛要求;按规则处理场上纠纷;经常运用口头语言交流。但阅读队员比赛心态和收尾能力欠缺;判罚犯规正确率偏低;处理纠纷灵活性不足;利用体态语言不够;红黄牌失误率较高。

This paper gathers and analyzes statistics related to the football referee＇s judging situation in six matches of Amateur Football Association of Lian Yungang by integrating different methods including documents, on-the-spot observa- tions and mathematical statistics. As the statistics show the basic-level football referees can make sense of the prelude and tactics used in a match; their movements basicly confirm to the requirements for the basic- level matches; they can handle the disputes on the football field and communicate frequently. But problems also exist. For example, they lack the ability to observe players＇ mentality; the accuracy of claiming penalties is relatively low; they are not flexible enough in handling the disputes; they don＇t make good use of body languges and often make errors in showing red cards and yellow cards.
