摘要 为实现对鸡蛋品质的无损检测,设计了一种基于振动法的鸡蛋品质无损检测仪。该检测仪采用物理中的振动原理,将鸡蛋放置在一个可以自由振动的Y型支架上,依据鸡蛋的品质不同使支架振动幅度的衰减速率大小来对鸡蛋的品质进行判别。该检测仪主要由Y型支架、应变电阻传感器、信号放大调理电路、AD转换电路和微控制器等组成。实验结果表明,振动法可实现对鸡蛋品质快速、准确、无损检测。 A detection device based on vibration principle was designed for non-destructive egg quality testing in this paper. This detection device employs the vibration theory in physics, an egg is placed in a freely vibrating Y-bracket. The quality of poultry eggs is disciminated by the fact that different quality level eggs make different amplitude decay rate in the free vibration bracket. The detection device is mainly composed of a Y--bracket, a strain resistance sensor, a signal amplification conditioning circuit, an AD converter circuit and a microprocessor, and so on. The experiments were carried out with eggs of different quality level; the experimental results show that this detection can test the quality of eggs quickly, accurately and non-destructively.
