本文首先介绍了高校图书馆电子信息资源的现状,然后对自建电子资源系统的建立进行了分析并采用数据库与Asp技术实现了自建电子资源管理系统,最后论述实现系统的意义。

At first, the paper introduces the current situation of the electronic resources for the college library. Then it analyzes the establishment of the library＇s self-created electronic resources management system and it gives the explanation of the realization of the system that is realized with the technique of database and Asp. At last, it states the meaning of the realization of the system.
