摘要 提出了采用热扭转试验来模拟金属材料热变形时塑性变形程度与晶粒大小相互关系的方法。这种试验方法的特点是:只需一个试件,便可以在同一截面上连续地得到不同的变形程度。与常规的拉伸、压缩试验相比,可大大地减少试验工作的工作量;且既不会出现拉伸试验中的颈缩现象,又不受接触摩擦的影响,使得结果更加准确可靠,具有较大的推广价值。 The method of relationship between plastic deformation degree and grain size was put forward,when the thermos-deformation of metal was simulated by the thermos-torsion test.This method is characteristic of that only one sample was need for continoued different deformation degree on the same section.By comparing with common tension test,the amount of test can be lessen largely;and then,neither necking phenomenon nor the influence of contacting friction occurred during the tension test, also the test results became more accurate and reliable.There was the greatly popularizing value.
