摘要
本文用大变形弹塑性有限元法模拟了旋压筒形件壁厚方向上的残余应力分布，并讨论了工艺参数对残余应力分布的影响。数值模拟结果与实测值符合较好。
The distribution of residual stress of spun cylindrical shapes on thickness has been simulated by large strain elasto plastic finite element method.The effects of the process parameters on the distributions of residual stress are discussed in this paper.The numerically simulated and experimental results give a good agreement.
