摘要
本文合成了新型固化剂4,4'-二氨基-3,3',5,5'-四乙基二苯甲烷(DTD),通过单因素分析,给出了较佳的合成条件。利用DSC、元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确认了DTD的组成和结构。
篒n order to improve the moisture resistance of epoxy resin,a novel aromatic curing a-gent, 4, 4' -diamino-3, 3', 5, 5' tetraethyldlphenylmethane (DTD) was syntheslsed. Its melting point,purity,composition and structure were measured with DSC,element analysis,IR and H NMR. Through mono-factor analysis,the better reaction conditions,including feed stock ra-tio,reaction temperature,reaction time and the like,was presented in this paper.
