自然周期体外受精-胚胎移植在辅助生殖技术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨自然周期体外受精-胚胎移植(Natural-cycle in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,NC-IVF-ET)在卵巢低反应患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2009年3月在我中心行NC-IVF-ET助孕的42例卵巢低反应患者共65个取卵周期的临床资料。结果65个周期获卵33枚,获卵率为50.77%,正常受精率为63.64%,优质胚胎率为45.45%,移植15个周期,移植周期临床妊娠率为20%。根据患者年龄≤35岁、36-40岁、>40岁分为3组,3组的获卵率没有明显差异(分别为48.15%、47.83%和60%,P>0.05),优胚率随着年龄的增加而下降(53.85%、45.45%、33.33%),但没有统计学差异(P>0.05);并且三组中,仅≤35岁组有3例获得临床妊娠。根据取卵前是否使用人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)分为使用HCG组及未使用HCG组,两组的获卵率、受精率和优胚率没有统计学差异(分别为44.44%vs51.79%;100%vs58.62%;50%vs44.83%;P>0.05)。结论自然周期体外受精-胚胎移植(NC-IVF-ET)
