卵泡发育与多囊卵巢综合征相关因素的研究进展 被引量:4

The relationship of follicle development and polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的生殖内分泌紊乱疾病,可表现为高雄激素血症,高胰岛素血症,胰岛素抵抗(IR),并可引起生殖功能的障碍,该病与卵泡发育异常密切相关。人类卵泡的发育过程包括原始卵泡的募集、生长、发育、最终只有一个优势卵泡发育成熟并排卵。在这个过程中,生殖激素、内分泌、旁分泌,肽类细胞生长因子对卵泡生长发育进行规律而有序的调节,在PCOS患者中这些机制出现异常。本文就卵泡发育异常,及其与PCOS之间相关因素做一简要综述。 Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common reproductive endocrine disorder syndrome of reproductive women which characterized by ovarian hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia from insulin resistance, and reduced fecundity. Human follicle development requires the recruitment of primordial follicles into a cohort of growing follicles from which one follicle is selected to ovulate a mature oocyte. During this developmental process, reproductive hormone, endocrine and paracrine factors on the cell growth and peptide follicle growth for law and orderly adjustment the follicle development , but in PCOS these mechanism appear abnormal. This review is focused on the follicular anomalies and the related factors in PCOS .
