婴幼儿营养不良现况及Z值评价方法参考标准的研究进展

Malnutrition status of children and its evaluation by Z-score method

儿童是处于快速生长发育的特殊人群,儿童体格发育是评价儿童营养状况的一个重要指标。目前国际上通用Z值法来评价儿童体格发育测量指标。应用Z值法既能通过界值点的判断关注那些受影响较大的儿童,还能了解儿童群体的整体营养水平。现对使用该方法对婴幼儿营养不良现况做出的评价结果及其参考标准研究进展作一综述,以期为评价婴幼儿营养发育状况开阔思路。

Children are special populations with repid growth and development, whose physical development is an important indictor to evaluate their nutritional status. At present, Z-score method is commonly adopted to evaluate the physical growth of children. Using Z-score method, we can define not only the high-risk children, but also the overall nutrition status of different groups. This text reviews the Z-score method as a new reference on the status of children＇ s malnutrition, aiming to provide new ideas for evaluating the children＇s nutritional status.
