摘要
1941～1948年,中国农民银行奉国民政府之命兼办土地金融业务,"以协助政府实施平均地权政策为宗旨"。由于多方面的原因,业务并没有在全国展开,始终处于试办阶段,离其要达到的协助政府实施平均地权政策的目标差之甚远。不过,中国农民银行在办理土地金融业务上所作的探索值得总结。
During 1941-1948, the Peasant Bank the National Government＇s order, ＂taking assisting the land ownership as the objective＂. As a result of various of China handle the land financial business receiving Government to implement the policy of equalization of reasons, the business doesn＇t launch in the nation, is always in the pilot phase, far away from the objective to assist the Government to implement the policy of equalization of land ownership. However, the exploration of the Peasant Bank of China handling land finance is worthwhile to discuss
