埋地钢质管道防腐层胶粘剂涂覆新工艺

New Process of Anti-corrosion Layer Adhesive for Buried Steel Pipeline

摘要 介绍了埋地钢质管道3PE防腐层胶粘剂喷涂成型工艺,测试了胶粘剂粉末性能,分析了涂装速度对胶粘剂成型的影响,采用该工艺生产的3PE防腐层性能与常规工艺相当。与常规挤出缠绕相比,该工艺具有设备简单、节能等优点。 This paper introduced spraying technology of adhesive powder for buried steel pipeline 3PE coating, tested the properties of adhesive powder, and analyzed the influence of coating speed on adhesive coating. The properties of 3PE coating made by spraying technology were comparable to that made by conventional technology. Compared with extrude technology, spraying technology of adhesive powder owned the merits of simple, easy operation and energy conservation.
