淡水鱼加工下脚料中VD和EPA及DHA的测定 被引量:2

摘要 采用高效液体色谱(HPLC)和气相色谱(GC)法分别测定淡水鱼(鲢鱼和鳙鱼)加工下脚料中维生素D(VD)的含量为35.7×10-2~37.4×10-2mol/(s·kg)和37.4×10-2~39.1×10-2mol·s-1·kg-1.二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的相对含量在鲢鱼中分别为8.2g/L和6.7g/L;在鳙鱼中分别为3.6g/L和5.1g/L. The contents of vitamin D(V D),EPA and DHA,which were determined by methods of HPLC and GC,in Hypophthalmaichthys molitris (Silver Cap) and Aristichthys nobilis (Bighead Carp) were 35.7×10 -2  ̄37.4×10 -2 mol/(s·kg),8.2g/L,6.7g/L;37.4×10 -2 ~39.1×10 -2 mol(s·kg),3.6g/L,5.1g/L,respectively.
