摘要
对以45#钢为基体沉积镍磷合金层组合材料的力学性能、腐蚀磨损性能进行试验研究。与2Cr13不锈钢相比,45#钢镍磷合金组合材料力学性能相当,防护性能优良,能够代替2Cr13不锈钢。
An experimental investigation was conducted for the mechanical performance,corrosion erosion resistance of the combined materials of the deposited Ni P alloy on carbon steel base.In comparison with 2Cr13 stainless steel,their mechanical performance is almost equal,the combined material has good protection performance and can replace 2Cr13 stainless steel.
