水力旋流器内空气核形成过程研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用高速摄像技术对空气核的形成、发展和稳定过程进行了测试,以期为全面了解旋流器内流场特性及分离特性提供依据,也为进一步深入研究旋流器分离机理和优化结构设计提供试验依据。结果表明,旋流器内空气核在形成过程中,当锥角小时,底流口处出现消失现象,消失长度与进口流量有关;在贯通过程中,空气从溢流口被吸入,贯通后又从底流口被吸入;空气核尺寸、形状以及弯曲、扭曲的严重程度受旋流器锥角和操作参数的影响较大。为了减小空气核对流场和颗粒分离的影响,旋流器结构与操作参数之间应有一相匹配的最佳操作参数。
