超深井TRO-127两级减速涡轮钻具的研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对我国超深井深部高温高压井段难钻地层钻速低的现状,设计并试制成功一种具有储油补偿系统和金属端面密封结构的耐高温、长寿命TRO-127两级行星齿轮减速涡轮钻具。在塔河油田塔深1井和TH12509井165.1mm超深井段的现场试验结果表明,TRO-127减速涡轮钻具复合钻井的平均钻速比同井下部相邻地层转盘钻进方式的平均钻速提高了92%~115%,比邻井转盘钻井方式钻进相同地层的平均钻速提高了123%。建议在我国西部超深井深部小井眼井段推广应用减速涡轮钻具复合钻井工艺,以加快深部油气藏的勘探与开发步伐。 According to the current situation that there exists a low drilling speed in the hard-digging formation of the high-temperature and high-pressure well section deep in the superdeep well,a kind of TRO-127 refractory and long-life double-stage epicyclic gear deceleration turbodrill with a storage compensation system and metal butt-end packing structure was designed and successfully developed. The field test results,which have been obtained from the superdeep well section in Tashen Well No. 1 and Well TH12509,show that,compared with the average penetration rate of the rotary drilling in the neighboring formation of the lower part of the same well,the average speed of the composite drilling adopting the TRO 127 deceleration turbodrill increases by over 92%,and compared with the average penetration rate of the rotary drilling of the neighboring well in the same formation,it increases by over 123%. It is suggested that the composite drilling technology of the deceleration turbodrill be spread and applied in the slim-hole well section of China's western superdeep wells so as to quicken the exploration and development of deep oil-gas reservoirs.
