摘要
新修订的《消防法》实施后,消防部队应急救援任务多元化、复杂化、艰巨化的特点日益突出,深入研究各类灾害事故应急救援技战术,对"提高消防部队专业救援能力和整体战斗力"迫切而必要。从一起人员被困管道事故救援案例出发,对该类事故救援技战术进行探讨。
The implementation of revised Fire Control Law make rescue work of fire brigade more prominent in diverstiy, complicacy, harshness. In order to enhance specialized rescue capieity and comprehensive fighting strength, it is urge and essential to study variety tactics for dealing with kinds of calamities and emergencies. Starting with a case of rescuing trapped people out of pipeline, the paper tried to explore tactics application in such accidents.
