英国职前教师反思能力的培养 被引量:16

Reflective Competence Training of Pre-service Teachers in UK

摘要 反思是新时代所需要的教师的显著性特征,反思能力的强弱决定着教师专业化程度的高低。目前,反思型教师的培养逐渐前移到职前教师教育阶段。当前,我国教师教育对于师范生反思能力的培养重视不够,课程设置和教学实习的开展都难以满足培养师范生反思能力的要求。英国在培养职前教师反思能力方面有许多宝贵经验值得我们学习和借鉴。 Currently reflection is one of the striking characters of teachers and reflective competence is recognized as an indicator of teacher professional development. This paper introduces the experience of reflective competence training of pre-service teachers in UK.
