摘要 加氢裂化装置的加氢裂化反应器为高温、高压、临氢系统的关键设备,结构先进,制造要求严格。在长期的运行过程中,由于设备本体应力的变化和工艺介质的影响,加氢裂化反应器堆焊层产生了剥离和开裂等缺陷,威胁加氢裂化系统安全稳定运行。文章详细分析了形成这些缺陷的原因,并对维护加氢裂化反应器及其系统安全稳定运行提出了建议。 The hydrocracking reactor in hydrocracking plant is a key equipment exposed in hi pressure and hydrogen conditions, which has advanced structure and strict requirement gh temperature, high in manufacturing. In the long term running process, due to the variation of stresses of the equipment and effect of the processing medium, the hydrocracking reactor generates defects as peeling and cracking of surfacing welding layer, which threatens the safe and stable operation of the hydrocracking system. This paper analyzed causes of the defects in details, and raised proposals on maintaining hydrocracking reactor to ensure safe and stable operation of the system.
