摘要
电涡流非接触式位移传感器测量的是传感器与转轴表面之间的间隙,其测到的振动信号是实际的轴振信号与转子偏摆值之和,如果直接采用原始信号进行动平衡试验,其结果将受到很大的影响。采用数值计算方法,结合目前现场普遍采用的动平衡影响系数法,详细地推导和阐述了转子偏摆对动平衡试验的影响。
The electric eddy-current sensors of non-contact displacement measures the distance between sensors and surface of shaft, which results from rotor vibration and shaft run-out. The direct use of these signals for rotor dynamic balancing will lead to a reduction in the balancing precision. By means of numerical method, combining with the influential coefficient method of rotor dynamic balance, the paper deduced and illustrated in detail the run-out influence in dynamic balance experiment.
