教学用电梯模型系统的研究

The Research of an Elevator Model System for Teaching

介绍一种新颖的教学用电梯模型系统,为研究电梯的监控系统提供良好的硬件环境;同时选择可视化编程软件VisualBasic6.0作为开发工具,为今后模拟教学创造了良好的软件环境。在此基础上重点介绍了电梯逻辑控制系统、调速控制系统以及故障诊断系统的开发过程。该系统实现了电梯的基本功能:层间呼叫、起停控制、应急呼叫、自动运行状态、消防运行状态、检修运行状态、司机运行状态以及电梯的安全保护监控、故障诊断等。

This paper introduces an imitated elevator system for teaching, it can offers good hardware environment to make research. Meanwhile, VisuaIBasic6.0 has been selected to be the development tool in order to make teaching much more convenient. In this paper, logic control, motion control and faults diagnosis of the elevator system are introduced in detail. The basic functions of an elevator such as calling among floors, control on start up and stop, emergency call, automation running, fire control running, examination and control running, driving running, security supervision, faults diagnosis have been realized.
