摘要
对数控机床中广泛使用的位置检测元件———光栅尺的结构和工作原理作了深入的分析,同时对数控机床中使用的光栅尺进行了明确分类,并结合840D数控系统中的实例,分析了故障原因,提出了解决问题的方法,为数控机床的维护保养工作提供了实际依据。
This paper makes deeply analyzing about the fundamental structure and principle of linear encoder, which is widely used in numerical control machine tool. At the same time, it gives the definition of different kinds of linear encoder and analyses the cause of malfunction, offers the means of settlement based on SIEMENS 840D and the evidence for maintenance of numerical control machine tool.
