摘要
阐述了可编程控制器在平板胶印机中的应用,为平版印刷机设计了一个自动控制程序,当印刷过程中发生双张、空张、纸张歪斜时能够自动停止给纸和印刷,并且能够实现高台收纸,让系统以最简单稳定的运行。实现了将胶印机的控制简化的目的,以提高生产效率。
This paper describes the application of programmable controller in flat-panel offset press, designed an automatic control program for the offset presses to make the system can stopped feeding paper when failures such as pairs of sheets, blank sheets and skew sheets occur, and achieve the high-profile paper receiving. It realized the purpose of simplifying the control of offset printing machine, and can improve the efficiency of production.
