摘要
在重要的工程项目中,需要对每个设备的状态进行监视并提供实时故障信息,采用常规的设计,实现N个设备的控制和事故报警将至少需要2N个PLC输入接点,通过合理地设计PLC硬件电路和软件编程,只用N+1个输入接点就可实现对N个设备的控制和事故报警,成倍地减少PLC的输入接点,从而降低设备费用,提高设备的性价比。
In some important projects, it is necessary to monitor the state of each device and provide the fault information. Using the conventional design, 2N PLC input nodes are needed at least to realize the control and accident alarm on N devices. Through the reasonable design of hardware circuit and software programming, only (N+1) input nodes can achieve the control and accident alarm on N devices. Owing to the significant decrease of PLC input nodes, the equipment cost is reduced and the cost performance is improved.
