现代金融服务体系的构建与优化——基于滨海新区金融改革创新基地建设

The Construction and Optimization of Modern Financial Service System

党的十七大报告提出要"推进金融体制改革,发展各类金融市场,形成多种所有制和多种经营形式、结构合理、功能完善、高效安全的现代金融体系"。从国家战略实施的全局高度出发,中央政府进一步对区域金融发展作出了重要的战略安排和部署。加快金融创新步伐,构建与经济增长级战略地位相适应的现代金融服务体系,对于加快提升区域金融聚散和辐射功能具有重大意义。本文从现代金融服务体系基本认识的归纳梳理入手,基于滨海金融创新视角,提出了现代金融服务体系的构建思路与优化策略。

The report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC proposed that we will proceed with financial reforms to develop various types of financial markets and build a modem financial system that is inclusive of different forms of ownership and different ways of operation and that features a reasonable structure, complete functions, efficiency and security. Highly from the national overall situation of the strategic implementation, the Central government has further made the important strategic arrangement and the deployment to the regional financial development. Accelerating financial innovation and constructing modem financial service system which adapts to the economic growth, promoting the regional financial assembly and radiation, has the great significance. This article began with the basic understanding of the modem financial service system, and then proposed the optimized suggestions on the construction of modem financial service system.
