无刷双馈双机械端口电机原理及数学建模 被引量:4

摘要 提出了一种适用于混合动力汽车的新型电机——无刷双馈双机械端口电机。它拥有两个机械端口和两个馈电端口。两个机械端口分别与内燃机和负载相连,可以将内燃机的部分能量直接传递到负载端,其余转差功率可以通过一个馈电端口储存到直流电源中;当负载转矩变化时,可以通过另一个馈电端口从直流电源中取出能量以提高输出转矩。本结构较双机械端口电机的优点在于:无刷双馈双机械端口电机通过一定的电机结构,用磁场完成转差功率的回馈,取消了双机械端口电机中的滑环和电刷,增强了电机的稳定性,减少了维护工作。详细介绍了其物理和电气结构,分析了运行原理,推导了输出转速表达式,并建立了转子速坐标系数学模型。 In this paper, a brand new electrical machine for hybrid electrical vehicle-brushless doubly-fed electrical variable transmission (BL-DF-EVT) had been proposed. The BL-DF-EVT has two mechanical ports and two electrical ports. The two mechanical ports are connected to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and load, respectively. Part of the ICE power can be delivered to load directly; others will be stored in the DC source through one electrical port. When the load torque changes, more power can be absorbed through another electrical port from the DC source to enhance the output torque. By using a certain structure, the slip power can be feed backed through magnetical field. So the slip rings and brushes of the conventional EVT can be omitted, it will bring high reliability and less maintainability. In this paper introduced the mechanical and electrical structures been, analyzed the operational principles had been, deduced the output speed expression and established the mathematical model.
