永磁直线同步电机磁阻力最小化研究

摘要 依据永磁直线同步电机磁阻力产生的原理,针对2极三槽电机,分析了其边端效应,在此基础上,考虑到齿槽效应引起的齿槽力。提出了优化初级铁心长度和初级铁心端部形式的磁阻力最小化方法。有限元分析和验证了动子铁心和边端齿的最佳长度。结果表明本文提出的磁阻力最小化方法是可行的,减小了电机的推力波动。 Analysis the end effect without teeth and slot effect, based on the principle of detent force the linear permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with three-slots and two poles, using the Fourier series method. The paper proposed the method of optimizing the length of mover and end teeth with considering the slot effect, analysed and validated the optimum length of mover and end teeth by the finite element method. The simulation results show that the method of reducing detent force by proposing in the paper is feasible, if can reduce the force ripple of the LPMSM efficiently and improve the stability of the motor.
