摘要
为了消除或降低功率变换器中电力电子器件的开关损耗,抑制开关过程带来的电磁干扰,提出一种软开关型开关磁阻电机(SRM)功率变换器主电路。电路采用并联型准谐振直流环节为SRM相开关开通提供零电压条件,给相开关并联电容器则保证了相开关的零电压关断。在介绍主电路拓扑基础上,分析了电路的控制时序及工作模式转换,并通过仿真验证了控制时序的正确性和电路的软开关性能。
In order to eliminate or reduce the switching losses of power devices in converter, restrain the electro-magnetic interference (EMI) from operating of devices, a novel soft switching converter for switched reluctance motor (SRM) was proposed. The phase switches of the proposed SRM converter turn on in zero voltage switching (ZVS) mode by link circuit (PQRDCL), and turn off in ZVS mode switch. On the basis of introducing the main circuit making use of a kind of parallel quasi resonant DC by adding a shunt-wound capacitance to every phase topology, the control sequence and mode transition of the circuit were analyzed and validated by means of simulation.
