从钱伟长“教学改革思想”看“全面发展”的MBA教育教学改革与创新

A Study on the Education Reform and Innovation toward"All-round MBA"based on Education Reform Thoughts from Prof.Qian Wei Chang

MBA教育具有重要的社会使命,也是社会企业模式的一种。MBA教育是应用商业手段于学校这个非营利机构,以便有效地为社会持续培养符合社会需要的人才的教育服务。此外.东西方都在金融危机后重新思索企业到底需要什么样的人才,这些都决定了MBA教育必须进行改革和创新。钱伟长院士的"教学改革思想"为要培养能融合"企业经济利益、社会人文发展、自然环境保护"和"东西方管理"的跨学科与全面发展商业管理与领袖人才的MBA教育改革和创新提供了重要指导方向。在此基础上,本文提出建立"和而不同"的"东西融合"与"企业利益、社会人文发展与环境保护"的和谐发展"全人教育MBA教育模式",最后对整个研究进行了总结和进一步的展望。

MBA Education is featured by its in-born community mission and is a form of social enterprise. In order to effectively develop the talents our community needs, MBA education is managed under market-oriented business ways but in a typical university which is a non-profit organization. The financial turmoil inspires us to rethink about what is the new type of business talents we need. Inevitably, this results in the study on the reform and innovation of MBA education. The education reform thoughts from Prof. Qian Wei Chang provide important insights on the studied reform of this paper for the ＂All-round MBA education model＂ which aims to develop talents who can integrate ＂business profits community humanity development and natural environment protection＂, as well as integrate ＂western and eastern management＂ under ＂harmony with diversity＂ way. At the end of this study, we make conclusion on the whole study and suggest some future insights.
