摘要
"后金融危机时期"是指目前世界经济所处的恢复性和脆弱性复苏的一段特殊历史时期,它使得全球经济的格局出现了五大特征,主要体现在全球生产与贸易格局、金融体系、科技市场、生产生活方式以及中国国际地位正在发生变化等方面。这必将对中国后发展地区产生重要影响。后发展地区需要基于动态的比较优势,调整发展思路,充分挖掘和利用后金融危机时期所赋予的历史机遇,实现可持续跨越式发展。
The post financial crisis period refers to the particular historical period of the current world economy which is in the state of recovery from its vulnerability. There exist five main characteristics in the pattern of the global economy, which mainly reflected in such aspects as the global production and trade, financial system, technology market, lifestyle, China＇s international status and so on. All of these will exert great influence on the backward developing regions. Based on the dynamic comparative advantages, these regions have to adjust their ideas of development and try to find and make full use of the historical opportunities offered by this period, so as to achieve sustainable development by leaps and bounds.
