0引言
压路机是一种以特制钢轮或光面轮胎为作业装置的压实施工机械，广泛应用于道路工程、机场港口、矿山水坝、市政建设等对土石填方及路面铺装材料的压实作业，其作用是增加工作面的密实度，从而提高工作面的结构强度和刚度，增强抗渗透能力和气候稳定性，降低或消除沉陷，最终达到提高工程承载能力、延长使用寿命、降低维修费用的目的。
By introducing characteristics of rollers from domestic and foreign manufacturers,the development status of road compaction technology is expounded.Through technical comparison, the gap between domestic and foreign rollers in technology is analyzed.At last,the technology and market trends of roller are put forward,which can provide reference for the manufacturers and researchers.
