摘要
研制了一种微波加热沥青路面养护车控制系统,并提出了该养护车控制系统的功能要求,采用以工控机作为上位机、单片机作为下位机的硬件设计,开发并实现了基于VB程序的人机界面和图像显示以及单片机控制流程的编制,解决了沥青路面微波加热再生修补方面的2个智能控制问题。通过控制加热墙的加热范围及加热时间,实现了持续加热、间隙加热、扫描加热3种加热方式。试验测试验证了该加热控制系统能够完全满足控制要求。
The control system of a microwave-heating asphalt-pavement-maintenance truck is designed, and the requirements of the control system of the truck are analyzed. The hardware adopts two-lever structure, which takes an industry personal computer(IPC) as the upperend computer and a single chip microcomputer as the lowerend computer. The software includes a man-ma-chine interface system which displays and processes the images of the asphalt pavement, and it can be used to adjust the parameters of heating devices. Using the control system, two intelligent control problems of microwave heating for recycling asphalt pavements are solved, and three kinds of heating methods, such as sustained heating, interval heating, scan heating, are realized by controlling the heating scope and heating time of the heating wall. Experimental tests show that the heating control system satisfies all of the control requirements.
