摘要
运用工程控制的思想,对成梁线形和施工期间结构变化状态,建立模型和性能指标,用递推滤波的方法估计出状态变量,按确定的控制规律构成闭环状态反馈系统,得出控制变量值,对赣龙铁路16标段森坑一号大桥节段拼装法成梁施工的各阶段进行了控制,使节段梁在完成张拉后的上拱度值达到设计要求。该控制思想在桥梁施工,尤其是在铁路桥梁施工中具有很好的推广价值。
Based on the theory of engineering control, model and performable index of the alignment in formation of beam and structure change during construction are built, state variable are estimated by Recursive Filtering method, feedback system of loop-closed state is formed according to determined Control Law, control variable value was obtained, each construction stage of Senkeng No.1 bridge of Ganlong railway 16 bid section by segmental asembling method is controlled, which makes deflection of the segmental beam reached the designed value after being stretched. The theory has a good prospect of application and extension in bridge construction especially for railway bridges.
