摘要
与AMT相比,双离合式自动变速器因为没有动力中断,使其具有与AT一样好的换挡品质。又由于取消了液力变矩器,双离合自动变速器的效率更高,是一种新型自动变速器。这里从双离合式自动变速器的典型结构和工作过程人手,建立了动力学模型;介绍了换挡品质研究的内容,分析了影响换挡品质的因素。就换挡时刻对换挡品质影响进行了仿真分析,提出改善换挡品质的方法.
Compared with AMT,because there is no power cut,double clutch automatic transmission has the same good shift quality with AT.Double clutch automatic transmission has higher efficiency due to the hydraulic torque converter was cancelled,it is a new model automatic torque converter.This article starts with the classic structure of double clutch automatic transmission and working processing,establishes dynamics model;introduces the content of shifting quality research,analysis the factor which effects the shifting quality. Makes simulation analysis of shifting time which effected shifting quality,gives out the method of improving the shifting quality.
