中国农民“轻保健、重医疗”行为的现状及对策分析——基于山东省的调查研究

对农民"轻保健、重医疗"的行为进行描述,通过保健需求模型及理论对中国农民"轻保健、重医疗"行为的原因进行分析,指出低收入水平,医疗价格的上涨以及教育知识获取途径的狭窄抑制了农民对保健的需求。因此,农民"轻保健、重医疗"的行为是在自己有限的收入水平下对所面临的可预见风险的一种理性防范。

To learn about the causes of ＂no concern for illness prevention but medical treatment＂ among rural people, through the demands model, the causes were surveyed and analyzed. The low income, increasing medical expense and poor education contributed to the limited demands and awareness on preventing illness in rural people. This trend is their have-to-do choice and is the means to protect themselves from the expected risk in context with the restricted income.
