总结分析了山东省2005年～2008年重大医疗过失行为和医疗事故有关信息上报过程中的现状和存在问题,建议更新顶层政策设计理念、完善部门规章制度,确保此项工作初衷之实现。
The situation and problems of information report on major medical negligence incident and malpractice from 2005 to 2008 in Shandong Province are summarized, and analyzed. Some countermeasures are proposed, involving updating the concept to frame the top policy, perfecting divisions＇ regulations and moving toward the original program aim.
