摘要
进一步加强我国多党合作法制化建设,既是依法治国的重要体现,也是发展民主政治的迫切需要,同时还是提高民主党派参政议政能力的重要保证。加强多党合作的法制化建设,一是要筑牢多党合作法制化建设的思想基础;二是要构建多党合作法制化建设的制度基础;三是要夯实多党合作法制化建设的理论基础。
Further strengthening the construction of muhi - party cooperation legal system in China not only reflects our practice on ruling country by laws, but also is the pressing need to develop democratic politics, as well as an important guarantee for improving the democratic parties＇ ability to participate in the management of State affairs. To do so, we will need to lay a solid ideological foundation, systematical foundation and theoretical foundation for the construction of multi -party cooperation legal system.
