从政治制度与政治文化的协调性看中国的民主政治建设

About China's Democratic Politics Construction with regard to Coordination between Political System and Political Culture

政治制度的发展不能脱离政治文化的背景。目前,广大发展中国家面临着政治文化落后和政治改革紧迫的两难境地。中国的政治文化中既有民族传统的政治文化,也有马克思主义的政治文化,还有当代西方的政治文化。中国的民主政治建设必须正视自身的政治文化现状,确立正确的政治文化导向,借鉴西方政治文化的经验,使民主政治制度与民主文化相互促进、协调发展。

The development of political system is not possible without political culture as its background. At present, the numerous developing countries are facing a difficult choice between political cultural lag and urgency of political reform. China＇s political culture includes Chinese traditional political culture, Marxist political culture, as well as western political culture. We must confront the current situation of our political culture, establish proper orientation for such culture, and use experience of western political culture as reference, so as to enable mutual promotion and coordinated development of democratic political system and democratic culture.
