实行教学改革,加强党外干部队伍的能力建设,是党外干部培训工作的发展趋势。通过探索教学改革思路,在党外干部培训中实施个案调研分析法教学,提高教学质量,创新教学成效,提高党外干部的素质和能力,是社会主义学院创新党外干部培训教学模式的有益尝试。
It is the development trend of non - Party cadres training to implement teaching reform and reinforce the capability construction of non - Party cadres. By exploring ways of teaching reform and adopting case research and analysis method in non - Party cadres training, we may improve our teaching effectiveness as well as the quality and competency of the non - Party cadres. These are the beneficial attempts on innovative training pattern of non - Party cadres by the Institutes of Socialism.
